Horrible, unsafe location. MULTIPLE units broken into and robbed. Manager Paul was very disrespectful in reporting/handling of this issue. Will never give a single penny to this unsafe location ever again.
I had the unfortunate of being contacted this morning by management informing me that my unit had been broken into. When I explained to the staff, I would be requiring a refund because what’s the point in storing my things if they are not safe, and the facility is not being monitored, the manager said I don’t know abt that and hung up the phone. Go ANYWHERE else, no security on site!
