The lift on my unit didn't work and hasn't worked for weeks. When I contacted management they gave me a number to corporate offices on Saturday. Guess who doesn't work on Saturday. I had a hipreplacement 2weeks ago. Paul said that the best he could do is to offer me the use of the dumpster.Not a clue.
This place broke into my place more than once! Both times they took a computer & laptop. But what was worse is that they stole my identity by robbing my personal documents from 2 boxes I had in there. My passport, birth certificates, tax returns, my daughters social security; my daughters baby pictures. I had never felt so violated in my entire life! Very disappointed. I called the manager prior to driving to sign the contract if the unit I was interested qualified for the 50% discount. Over the phone they confirmed yes. They asked me to register online and come down to the office. When I showed up to their office and were signing contracts, I again asked if my unit qualified for the discount and again they said yes. This place has still not addressed the water damage to my belongings in my storage unit going back to March. Items were destroyed and mold has gotten on many things that are simply list now . Going into June and there is still nothing but silence in addressing this. Please see my previous post .

Pros: This place is cheap Cons: the interior is wood which means moisture and mold is an issue with ocassional puddles on the floor. I had mold growing on several of my items. I had 2 different units there and was there for about 3.5-4yrs. Online bill pay doesn't work half of the time Once they had them put a lock on my stuff for weeks, nobody knew why or who put it on... Yet corporate refused to give me money back for the 2-3wks I was locked out of my own storage due to their fault! They conveniently lost all of my email... read more

The company has had my email on file for years. I was under the assumption that my payments were being debited automatically. Apparently the company wont notify you via email until all of your fees have added up to astronomical levels and your unit has already been auctioned off. Thieves and conmen. Do not rent a unit

Do not use this place for storage it's not a safe place to store your items. They claim they have video cameras but the don't work. My things were stolen and they did nothing about it...
Do not leave your Stuff there. It will be stolen..but it's ok because you pay insurance..then your insurance claim will be rejected...i would never recommend this place to anyone..pay the extra money. Your stuff will be safe
This place is very deceiving and will rip you off. They will quote you one price and then Bill you a higher price. District Manager ADAM is rude and will not help you in any kind of way. I suggest you bring your business to another storage facility because these guys are a fucking joke! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
