Stored some furniture here for about six months. I had an easy time getting signed up and moved in after a quick explanation of their policies and security system. I recently moved out and they were even kind enough to waive my next months rent even though I was technically past the cutoff for giving my move-out notice. If I ever need a storage unit again, I will definitely be back. Great service, safe secure storage and fair pricing on their monthly rent. A+

First time storage renter here, I loved the service here, great prices were just a bonus. Leti helped us out at the front counter, offered us several options, pricing way below what we had in mind, we instantly loved her... Dream come true. Thank you Leti!!! Ps./bonus They also have a donation room if you'd like to get rid of some furniture, saves you a trip to goodwill

Our experience with Storage Outlet was great -- Leti (?) was very helpful. The facilities are clean and secure. I would definitely use them again. They provide you with the insurance you need and you can buy a lock from them.

I called around to 6 different places. Every one else wanted over $100 for a 8x10 space. With insurance and my military discount it's only $81 a month for that same size. It's even on the ground level. By far the cheapest in town. It's clean. The people that work there are awesome. They went over the rules and clearly explain EVERYTHING. (Including the stuff the bad reviews are bitching about!) I bought the lock there. It's just like a lock from Wal-Mart. So YOU'RE the only one that has a key. Don't lose them! A big thank you to letty, the manager, for hooking me up. I needed a place to temporarily leave my things while I found a place to live. So I told her I would only need it until the end of July when I came in to talk to her on July 9th. She only charged me for the admin fee and something else which came out to 28 bucks. She was really friendly. I would definitely recommend this storage.

I used this storage facility for several months and had absolutely no problems. The facility was clean and accessible. I also found their rates to be the cheapest in town. Chris was kind enough to show us several units and answer all of our questions. Letty was always helpful, easy to work with and all around very nice. An added plus is that they offer a military discount!

Great Prices, Very Clean, and Excellent Customer Service. Don't look any further if need a storage unit in Chula Vista.
