The company has had my email on file for years. I was under the assumption that my payments were being debited automatically. Apparently the company wont notify you via email until all of your fees have added up to astronomical levels and your unit has already been auctioned off. Thieves and conmen. Do not rent a unit

Do not use this place for storage it's not a safe place to store your items. They claim they have video cameras but the don't work. My things were stolen and they did nothing about it...
Do not leave your Stuff there. It will be stolen..but it's ok because you pay insurance..then your insurance claim will be rejected...i would never recommend this place to anyone..pay the extra money. Your stuff will be safe
This place is very deceiving and will rip you off. They will quote you one price and then Bill you a higher price. District Manager ADAM is rude and will not help you in any kind of way. I suggest you bring your business to another storage facility because these guys are a fucking joke! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

Do not even consider going to this storage place! I'm am warning you. They steal here! I had my things in a storage here for 8 months while my husband was overseas on deployment. I was out of town at my parents house the whole time he was gone and when we came back to empty out our storage we notice our 60" Tv was not in the box.
BeAware!!! My experience was not a good one. I had things stolen from my storage unit. The units are not as secure as one may think. No cameras in the G unit and also there is a space large enough to get in/out of the units. Adam from corporate informed me that the insurance denied my claim due to no forcible entry. Dah why would there be forcible entry if one can climb over the top. Not rocket science. He informed me to send copies of the pictures I had taken of the openings to resubmit. Still pending. My girlfriend just got taken by these scammers. She canceled a month ago and confirmed it with two employees that where on site and they confirmed her cancelation. She received a bill in the mail and was told that she never canceled and that she had to pay it otherwise it was going to go to collections. Stay away from this company if you don't want to be taken to the cleaners!
I just got off the phone with Adam from corporate and he says I can authorize the manager to cut off the lock with a signed authorization. Lety who I spoke with over a month ago told me nothing about this when I told her I no longer had the keys to the unit. She pretty much said o well your screwed, let's keep charging you! I reported her to corporate and hope she gets fired for purposely trying to screw me over!! If she can do this to me, she will do this to any one. Please stay away from this company. You have been warned.
Not a fan. I chose the place because I was being deployed and needed a place to keep all my stuff, and this place came up as the cheapest. They charge an extra $9 if you don't prove you have renters insurance. I had renters insurance and had proof sent to them, although I guess it never made it to them. Could have been their fault, could have been my insurance guys fault, I don't know, so I won't rate them on that.
