great location for my storage needs. Also Great customer service give by a gentleman names Cris.
Pretty good place. Friendly service. Just wish the upstairs storage was ventilated more since it was super hot and muggy up there lol. Prices are low though, lowest i could find and reliable. If you want to check out a space just swing by and ask what they have available, thats what we did.
Great place. Though you can only access your unit from 0700-1900. But the manager, Letty, let me see the unit and asked me about the size of the items I was putting in storage. Only real minus is that you can only use round locks in their facility. So you can purchase one there for $13.00 or try to find one else where. They offer insurance for $9.00 a month if you don't have insurance. But if you provide proof of insurance you are good to go. All in all not a bad storage facility.
Amazing customer service! Letti, at the front desk, so helpful and sweet. Can't beat the prices and although its a little out of the way, they provide every object for moving needed. Definitely would recommend!
Update: since my Yelp post I received a voice mail from the office staff at storage outlet Chula Vista informing me that the service elevator had been repaired in my leading up to the second floor of my storage unit in Area E. I visited my unit today to retrieve Easter decorations and as usual the elevator is not working. Everyone on the second floor with inoperable elevators deserve a reduced rate. Do not use this business. Staff is aggressive and dismissive. Service elevators have been broken for years. For the price, I would rather have lit the money on fire. At least it would have kept me warm. Ironically this business did catch fire recently. Probably trying to put itself out of its misery.
Just a heads up for new customers !!!! They are raising their prices and have not repaired the lift for 2nd floor customers. Per management (Karla) "we put in a order for repair " When asked when was the order was submitted, management responded "A while ago" Increased prices without improvements ......... I would definitely select another storage just based on prices and customer service.
Unit was broken into and items stolen. Management offered no support or refund - as it is only the third day of the month and a refund was requested. Seems like this is not the first time this has happened and others have experienced this. DO NOT RENT from this establishment. No security, poor lighting, no customer service. The management hung up on us and will not return calls.
guy is really helpful. lady that works there not so much. when I called because my price went up she said an email was sent I said I never received it, she said it probably went to spam so I asked why wasn't I reminded when I called she's the one that took my payment she didn't even for courtesy mentioned it? and their elevator has not been working for months and they expect you to drag your stuff to another building to use thait elevator but they have the odassity to raise the price!!!
