RecommendedChristian Villa has awesome customer service and is very helpful and made it easy to select the right storage for me. I enjoyed coming here it's a friendly place and they have an awesome picture of San Diego on display! Makes this place look very nice!
Horrible, unsafe location. MULTIPLE units broken into and robbed. Manager Paul was very disrespectful in reporting/handling of this issue. Will never give a single penny to this unsafe location ever again.
I had the unfortunate of being contacted this morning by management informing me that my unit had been broken into. When I explained to the staff, I would be requiring a refund because what’s the point in storing my things if they are not safe, and the facility is not being monitored, the manager said I don’t know abt that and hung up the phone. Go ANYWHERE else, no security on site!
