We had a great experience for our twins 24 hour EEG. Although it was extremely difficult dealing with 2 toddlers (one who was screaming the whole time) our tech Elizabeth Decker was great. At times it was stressful, but she did a great job. It was a long day, but we totally appreciated her patience and remaining calm throughout the process. My experience with Alliance was very professional. The lady that came out to my house was very nice and polite, made you feel comfortable and explained everything that would take place. She helped me understand ways to keep my skin from getting a rash and irritated from the gel used. She was on time both times coming out to my house. She did her best to remove all the gel from my hair. This is my second time to use Alliance and never have had problems with them. Thank y’all so much for everything.

I had a VEEG done. Elizabeth is who came to set up my VEEG and also who came to take it off. She was extremely accommodating with taking safety precautions and was very kind to everyone in my family. I have absolutely no complaints 🙂

Their medical technicians and medical call center were empathetic to the fact that i had to wear wires on my scalp, which were glued on, for over 65 hours, to monitor all the pain and anything else abnormal going on with my brain.
