The tech was very knowledgeable and explained things as he went along. Everything he did he left me know & explained. Alliance called to set things up & tell me which Tech was coming & an estimated time which was very helpful. Alliance is also my specialty pharmacy. They call when it is time to renew my script & make sure I am not having any problems. Basically they are all courteous & well informed
