I had a late bill one time in a year, and I hate when things are late! However, I have to say the energy service itself is exceptional. Would recommend!
The fact that they hooked up my services within a week gives them five stars in my book right away! It's been two months since I signed up and I haven't had any issues. Stream's energy services work as advertised - if not better!
Signed up for a test-period, and I plan on staying with this company. Stream Energy is not a corporation that doesn't take care of their customer. I'm a huge activist in the eco world and often protest and fight against corruption and discrimination at the work place and against companies that exploit customers. You can imagine how picky I am. We've been using Stream Energy strictly as an energy provider and have a base plan that provides us with everything we need. We've been in the neighbourhood for about three years and have used Stream ever since. We didn't have any particular issues, and we basically never had to phone their customer service to resolve any issue except when we called to inquire about their other plans and services. Stream Energy has literally become one of my favorite companies in the area! You have to hassle with every company, hassle with every bill, and then hassle for hours on the phone each month... well... not with Stream! They're very transparent, easy to deal with and honest! Love the customer service! Thank you.
Nothing but the best to say about Stream's services in NY! We've been using their home wireless and a half mobile plan since early 2017 and things have been fine so far! Been loving the fast response whenever we needed some assistance with the wifi systems (we're not that tech savvy!) and whenever we needed to check up on our mobile plans, data, fees, or anything else. Congrats for being a company that cares about their customers in today's world!
Stream has been great for me, my wife and my two daughters over the past one and a half years that we've been using Stream Energy services! We wanted a bullet-proof way for our kids to be able to call us whenever they may need to, without worry about service, plans, charges, credits or anything like that! We've been very (very) happy with Stream as an energy company. We don't use every service they offer but from what we do, we've had a wonderful experience altogether. Now that I think about it, I feel really grateful to have had signed up with Stream all those years ago. To date, we had ZERO issues and this involves visits to their offices, phone calls, and of course, the services that my family uses. I'm one heck of a loyal customer, that's for sure!
