Bad experience: took my car to replace a tire; they replaced it with a new one, but inflated it to 60 PSI! (tire is rated to 50PSI max - it says so on the side of it! And I don't know of any passenger car which would require pressures above 42 PSI). A careless and very dangerous mistake to make!
Outstanding service, responsiveness and terrific follow-through. It's not easy to find auto-maintence services that you can depend on to provide reasonable quotes, prompt repairs and top grade customer service. I've had my vehicle worked on here for both small and significant repairs and they've always impressed me with their level of courtesy and responsiveness.
