Mike was great explaining what needs to be done asap vs over the next 6 months. Overall, it was a great experience going to Stree-Free Auto care.
I had a good experience.
Scheduling/dropoff/pickup were easy. Asked for an oil change but got oil system cleaner and engine oil supplement which I did not ask for/was not discussed. Initial pre-authorization was for $175, final bill came to ~$240.
My husband's car tire got a metal stick jammed in between and it wrecked his tire. I reached out to Stress-Free Auto Care and they were able to order the tire and get the car fixed by 3pm the same day!! Great service and people.
