This is the 2nd or 3rd time we've used Stress-Free Auto Care in Menlo Park. In my experience, they are honest and nice to work with. Michael was my key point of contact. Seemed a good mix of personal and digital contact, with text messages and links for updates, payment, communicating after-hours access info, but Michael was available to help us solve a few challenges that arose in the process.

I was at work a few minutes away and I was able to drop car off get it fixed. Let them close and when I showed up key ways in locker and I was able to go home. Everything was very easy. They can send pix, the camera didn't work at the time. But everything else was real simple

I've been coming to Stress-Free Auto car for awhile now. I've always been treated with care and respect. Albert always does a great job in explaining things. I brought it in for it's regular maintenance and also my A/C had stopped working. They did a diagnostic on it and then called me to let me know what all was going to be involved in the repair along with some other work that they noticed needed to be done. I took my car in last week for the first time to Stress Free Auto Care in Menlo Park. Albert greeted me at the front desk and explained the business model. I appreciated the texts during the day to know that my car was being worked on. I couldn't figure out an intermittent air conditioning issue. Albert called me to tell me all the tests passed and there was nothing wrong with my a/c but the technician noticed the battery to operate my car was too small and this might be the problem. My AC needed more work than initially diagnosed. Albert was extremely understanding in working with me to fix the issue, on budget. I am very impressed with the level of professionalism at this shop, and the straight forward and honest explanations and recommendations from Albert.

They used my lug nut key and didn't replace it to its location in the glove box, so it's missing now. I did not discover this until I took it in for service again, and had to break the lock. They also recommended unnecessary service (replacing rotors when pads were still good) and also noted there was an oil leak but were unable to tell me why. I had to take it to another place which diagnosed the issue promptly. I am definitely not returning.

Albert Tsai the GM runs a great shop!!!! Albert gave great service in person and through text updates. The online booking service is great- you can actually book a appointment even as 1st time customer. Car runs great super happy with the work done. 5 star all the way!!!

I went there to get my broken A/C checked out. After a miscommunication with my boyfriend he dropped off my car without having an appointment. Albert was very helpful and took my car in anyway even though he said they are actually pretty busy. They fixed the problem within a couple of hours. Albert was super nice, was helpful and made sure we went home satisfied. I can only recommend this place. It does earn its name "stress free". Will definitely go there for future problems with my car.
