Excellent service with my VW Toaureg! The crew went above and beyond with my brakes, new tires and overall service. A few months ago, I had been in to replace my sons car window motor as well. Very reliable and will continue going there for service on both automobiles.

I liked the online appointment system, and waited for 70 minutes for my oil to be changed. G is very friendly. Service was good. I appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me this time (though they did tell me they would next time!).

I had my driver side exterior mirror replaced, and the work was good and fast. But I had called around for quotes in advance, and everyone quoted $100 (because I already had the mirror). I chose this place because it was closest and there's a 10% discount for a new customer. They charged me about $150 before the discount. The last-minute $50 extra charged wasn't great so I won't be going back. I took 2 * off for that.
Awesome local car care. No trouble getting in. Excellent affordable service. No more dealerships for me. They will be my go to mechanics from now on.

Stress Free is my favorite place if I have problems with the car.I have 2 cars for business and one of my own and always stop to do oil change or some repairs if I have a problem.They do their job very quickly and neatly.They are always in contact with you by phone and give an update about the work being done. Super courteous and professional - I had taken my car to a different auto shop near by (Jim Davis Automotive in Palo Alto) and was treated quite rudely. Came here after and had one of the best auto shop experiences I can remember. They are skilled and fair - very pleased by my experience and will not hesitate coming back for any future issues my car may have. 1000% have my business from now on!
My tire light had turned on for the second time in three weeks and I needed to find a car shop ASAP as I figured it meant a nail was in my tire.
