I believe stress free provides GREAT customer service and options. While my car issue was too specific for them to be able to solve I really appreciated the options given to me, no sense of being pushed to choose them to do more repairs if I wasn't ready. Fantastic use of technology for check out and storing car overnight with early pick up options. We' used the Planet Auto repair business that used to be at this location and were very pleased with the service there (Clay was always a great guy as far as we were concerned and a considerable loss) but we'd hesitated to take a vehicle to the "unknown" guys (that is the current "Stress Free Auto") now based there, though we'd received some good advice when it came to smog testing one of our cars. I did the maintenance because I drove 2500 miles from Ohio to California in 4 days. Easy scheduling, helpful staff, simple but cozy rest area with free Wifi and sofa and coffee, accessible restroom (purposed for their staff not guests though), also good location convenient to my new home.

Excellent service with my VW Toaureg! The crew went above and beyond with my brakes, new tires and overall service. A few months ago, I had been in to replace my sons car window motor as well. Very reliable and will continue going there for service on both automobiles.

I liked the online appointment system, and waited for 70 minutes for my oil to be changed. G is very friendly. Service was good. I appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me this time (though they did tell me they would next time!).

I had my driver side exterior mirror replaced, and the work was good and fast. But I had called around for quotes in advance, and everyone quoted $100 (because I already had the mirror). I chose this place because it was closest and there's a 10% discount for a new customer. They charged me about $150 before the discount. The last-minute $50 extra charged wasn't great so I won't be going back. I took 2 * off for that.
