Albert and Roberto were great. My car's electrical was acting strange after I got the battery replaced at the dealer. They quickly saw that the issue was that the wires had been left loose and made the easy fix, no charge to me. I also love that they provide complementary Lyft rides to and from their shop. This is now my go-to place.

Great service and the employees were great when I would ask questions. Probably the most unique aspect (and customer friendly) is that they would show what car issues they found and confirm with actual pictures. The prices are straightforward and the website is easy to use for scheduling appointments. They also text you updates on your phone and tell you when your car is ready via text/website.

They seem honest and was really responsive and helpful. I was under stress because my daughter was stuck with a dead car at Stanford University. They got it working by diagnosing it quickly and explained everything. I appreciated mr. G and everyone else who were caring.

Replaced my license plate frames without asking WTF ? Why would I advertise for them for free, I had an old SCU alum one on the back, had to remove both Dumb idea
They were wonderful!!! This is the best experience I have had with any car repair ever!!! They are honest and fix what is wrong without any "extras". You won't regret taking your car there!!

Stress-Free Auto Care lives up to its name. I was impressed with their operation every step along the way. I took my car in for its 80K service. It was very easy to make an appointment online. When I arrived at the shop, the mechanic was very helpful to explain what services were needed and not needed, clearly knowledgeable with the car model and recommended maintenance service levels. Changed my tires but attached some part the wrong way. When I got back to them after a couple of days when I noticed the noise that echoed back from the wheel they said someone (not them) did it and charged me for fixing it. Not going back. Miss the old owners of this shop
Gerado was great! We have work set up to "revive" our old Highlander before we pass it to our grandson. He even fixed a slow tire leak. I am very satisfied and look forward to getting the rear brakes and drive belt taken care of in the next couple of weeks.
