Stress-Free Auto Care lives up to its name. I was impressed with their operation every step along the way. I took my car in for its 80K service. It was very easy to make an appointment online. When I arrived at the shop, the mechanic was very helpful to explain what services were needed and not needed, clearly knowledgeable with the car model and recommended maintenance service levels. Changed my tires but attached some part the wrong way. When I got back to them after a couple of days when I noticed the noise that echoed back from the wheel they said someone (not them) did it and charged me for fixing it. Not going back. Miss the old owners of this shop

Gerado was great! We have work set up to "revive" our old Highlander before we pass it to our grandson. He even fixed a slow tire leak. I am very satisfied and look forward to getting the rear brakes and drive belt taken care of in the next couple of weeks. I believe stress free provides GREAT customer service and options. While my car issue was too specific for them to be able to solve I really appreciated the options given to me, no sense of being pushed to choose them to do more repairs if I wasn't ready. Fantastic use of technology for check out and storing car overnight with early pick up options. Unfortunately the information given at the end of a 2.5 hr diagnostic did not actually answer any questions about the cause of the problems. Instead we got a lot of generalized d... read more

We' used the Planet Auto repair business that used to be at this location and were very pleased with the service there (Clay was always a great guy as far as we were concerned and a considerable loss) but we'd hesitated to take a vehicle to the "unknown" guys (that is the current "Stress Free Auto") now based there, though we'd received some good advice when it came to smog testing one of our cars. I did the maintenance because I drove 2500 miles from Ohio to California in 4 days. Easy scheduling, helpful staff, simple but cozy rest area with free Wifi and sofa and coffee, accessible restroom (purposed for their staff not guests though), also good location convenient to my new home.
