Don't come here. The General Manager Albert when we tried to get a repair for the damage they caused to our vehicle. The recent management change is a disaster - our vehicle's A/C stopped blowing cold air and they charged $300+ to do some tests and A/C still doesn't work right after I got the car back - still hot air blowing and literally nothing has changed. Stay away from these guys! They are worse than stealerships, with even higher bogus diagnostic fees. They charged over $300 to "diagnose" my simple problem, delayed the diagnosis until it was too late to order parts before a weekend, proposed keeping my car for many days while they had no information on part availability and pricing. There is very little communication between personnel even from one day to the next and Albert is just rude, callous or both. This was my first time using Stress-Free Auto Care. I used to bring my cars here when it was Planet Auto. I was very impressed with Stress-Free. Their service was impeccable, Rhett was very courteous and their comprehensive detail report (with photos) was impressive! I'll be taking my cars back in the future.

This is an outstanding shop. Honest, fair and knowledgeable. They take the time to accurately diagnose your problem before they do any work on your car, and their estimates are accurate. Customer service is excellent. Highly recommended

This place was great. Everything felt very transparent and clear. The location was convenient (walkable to great areas for running errands or killing time) and I was super grateful that they were open on Saturdays.

Great service and communication. I brought my Jeep over and they did everything they could to fix it. I will keep bringing my Jeep there as they are professional and good to work with.
Even down some mechanics due to covid, they took my fiat 500 with lots of issues, and worked hard to fix them all. Albert, the manager, was extremely communicative and helpful. And though nobody likes a shop bill, I found their prices to be totally fair. Would honestly recommend them.
