Arrived 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, needing a tire replaced. Ross told me they did not have my tire in stock but with rush delivery might receive it by 2:30 and have me on my way by 4. I decided to wait there in case they realized they couldn't do the work that day. Meanwhile, they ran some diagnostics, texting me in real-time with detailed info and photos.
