I recently tried Stress-Free Auto Care for the first time for a couple of different services on my car and I will be using them again in the future. They offer very easy scheduling online and have a good range of available time slots. After dropping off your car you will be updated on each stage of the service and you can even peek in using their web cam. First time here & very impressed! As you walk in it smells so pleasant, like walking into a spa. They don't take the name of the business lightly. Was greeted by Sanjeev - so friendly & professional. He quoted an hour to one hour & a half for an oil change for my Volvo. I'm on crutches so my husband & I just waited at their very clean & cozy waiting area. There was complimentary Keurig coffee. I just went in for an oil change and safety inspection, and I was impressed with how polite and helpful they were. They didn't try to upsell me. They just did what I asked, very efficiently and respectfully. I will go back next time I need them.

One of the biggest worries people have with auto shops is knowing if they are being scammed. Based on the other yelp reviews, I took my 2016 GTI for a full service. Thankfully, they pretty much live up to their name. Shout out to Oscar for being friendly and knowledgeable! I've used Stress-Free Auto Care several times and each time have been impressed with the quality of their service. I like being able to make my appointment online. The staff is respectful and each time they've been able to figure out the problem and take care of the issue. I think the prices are fair and I trust that they don't try to upsell me. I'll come back next time.

I have never had such a detailed diagnostic testing all via sms link while waiting at home, pictures of faulty parts and recommended changes all highlighted in the link, it was also complimentary as I already was scheduled for a tire change. Ross and Jose did an amazing job at being punctual and actually caring with recommended options and nothing sales-y in the process. Great service! I will be coming back to service my car here without a doubt.

they are great!I did a multi inspection for the used car that I just bought. they did very good with pictures and they will explain it to you.

I've only been to Stress-Free for tires and they have been fantastic. If you buy the tires from them, rotations and inspections are included. As advertised - stress free because you can make an appointment at a convenient time, have your car serviced at that time, and wait in a comfortable, nicely furnished area while your car is serviced.
