Arrived 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, needing a tire replaced. Ross told me they did not have my tire in stock but with rush delivery might receive it by 2:30 and have me on my way by 4. I decided to wait there in case they realized they couldn't do the work that day. Meanwhile, they ran some diagnostics, texting me in real-time with detailed info and photos. Sanjeev was a top notch customer service rep, handling our repair. He was super responsive over text - I really appreciated the texting service, so bonus points also for Stress-Free Auto Care. Not everything went smoothly (car's fault, not theirs!), but Sanjeev was super accommodating in smoothing over any bumps that he could. Would absolutely recommend!

Amazing time with Stress-Free. They have a great waiting area which allowed me to work while i waited. I watched while I was there they are very professional. I enjoyed the texting updates and the report after my service.

We needed to get an oil changed for our Jeep and decided to give Stress-free Auto Care a try. They lived up to their name and took great care of our car. They even sent us a detailed report with photos taken during several steps of the multi point inspection. Súper nice folks at this location. I appreciated the up front pricing and especially the very accurate time frames for my service. I hate negotiating - I hate having to pull up part prices, labor hours and make someone prove to me why it costs X to do X. This area in particular seems to have more than it's fair share of shady auto repair shops.
