Needed to do an A/C recharge on my 2011 Honda Odyssey. Was able to make an appointment online very easily and got a discount doing it that way. They did a complete inspection and emailed me photos of what else was needed and how much each service costs. The price is very comparable to my regular mechanic, so I think they were very fair. They even ordered an Uber for me to get to work! I would highly recommend using this place and would gladly come back again.

I tried this place for the first time after my regular shop closed and receiving their mailers. It was super easy to make an appointment online. The service was very friendly and informative. I appreciated the free inspection report with pictures! The entire experience was terrific and will definitely be back!

$114 oil change. Yikes! If I was a business where someone asked for a quote I would research what my competitors charged. I could get an oil change in South San Fran where I'm at for $85 and thought I'd drive to Oakland for a cheaper price (getting new tires too). Oh well. They replied within half an hour.

I did not want to post a negative review but I sent the feedback below to Stress Free (sorry for the long read), and their response was that they would take a look at the car to resolve the noise "free of charge". The thought that they would consider charging for a diagnostic ($225) to correct an issue they've caused says a lot. I was surprised when they followed up with a voicemail reiterating that they would not charge a diagnostic, but that (of course!) other fees would still apply. The whole process from making an appointment to getting my car back was a super easy experience, truly stress free like their namesake. The car only needed a brake fluid job, but they still took the time to perform a detailed inspection report that called out future maintenance items and potential/current problems, and they were still timely with the original job.
