I had a great experience here. Communication before, during. and after my visit was excellent. iI received updates, pictures of the parts that needed replacing, and thorough reports. I was never pressured to do any work and was given explanations for all my questions without the condescension I find at other mechanics. I will go here again for sure.

I scheduled an oil change. But the low tire pressure light came on as I was driving to my appointment. The team at Stress Free was very helpful and efficient. They immediately ordered tires (as mine were completely thread free) and sent me home with their loaner car. Less than 24 hours later, all is done and I picked up my car at lunch! Would definitely recommend!

My partner and I were driving down the Pacific coast for vacation - Seattle to San Diego. About two hours after San Francisco, a knocking sound came from the engine and an engine light came on; so we pulled over. Fears started to set in when we found the engine didn't have any oil. I had a simple procedure done to install spark plugs and they quoted me the best price among whom I contacted. Also they allowed me to bring my own part to install which was nice and not accepted by all auto shops. They also additionally gave me a free inspection of the car and took pictures of areas to prove that I needed to change the parts. I have not seen that before from other auto shops and made it more convincing to repair it. They also have a web cam to see the repair going on and you feel safe and good that your car... read more

I made oil change reservation at 8am and brougnt my car on time, but I got the car retunred at 11:30am. It took 3.5 hours for oil change work. No service started around 10am, if so, should not accept the reservation at 8am. the facility needs to improve project management and customer service management.
I have to bring my vehicle for a random check up due to the service engine light appears in my dashboard. Sanjeev the assisting manager checked in my vehicle. This company has exceeded my expectation because of the good customer service, knowledgeable technicians plus uptodate communications which I never experienced with other repair shops. Excellent service, cordial n very professional. I went before 8 am without an appointment and waited till Sanjay opened few mins before 8 and immediately took care of me. Sanjay and technician (Mike) kept me posted as to what was going on with my car and understood my urgency to get it fixed. Thank you guys for making this visit stress free for sure!
