I'm a returned customer of Stress-free! I really appreciate their openness and transparency throughout the process as well as the cost. I went to them for tire problem. Their service is awesome and the repair is fast! I'd recommend to anyone who needs some experts' help on cars!

I've been trying to find a good mechanic since my old one closed up shop. I tried others and had no luck find a fair and reliable shop. When I walked in I was greeted right away. Sanjeev was my service advisor and he talked to me not down to me. They didn't try and upsell, me at all. They kept me in the loop through the whole process and pricing was fair. Happy to have found a shop that isn't trying to rip you off. They were polite and knowledgeable and found issues I was unaware of that were actually needed. They did not try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. I really appreciated that. Very fast work as well with free Ubers. Hard to beat!

Great service. I went in to get a diagnosis of an AC issue with my Jeep Grand Cherokee that another shop couldn't diagnose. They kept me updated with periodic texts and attached photos when work was done and possible future issues, which I appreciated. Friendly front office staff. Highly recommend.

Stress Free Auto Care was extremely interactive and responsive to my needs. They did a thorough examination and found relevant issues other than what I took the car in for, and were helpful in determining whether I should fix these now or later.

Tl;dr I asked for a quote, manager refused to give honest answer, then turned me away. I asked for a quote to replace a wheel speed sensor on my car. It's a $15 part than any person with a car jack and a tire iron could buy at auto zone and replace on their own. The manager told me they'd have to run a diagnostic first, which costs $205, before giving me a quote.
