Excess high quality service was provided, they are very professional and provided complete details and updates online. Dissapointed? Yes absolutely but mainly on why I didn't buy tire installation this way before. I will be more upset if this has been going on and I didn't know about it. This allows to finally pay exactly what is being added to the receipt that's being created by me. I once did went to Wheel Works and I had problems following Yelp's guidelines. I got my first oil change with them using their marketing coupon. I was assisted by Eric and was very helpful and professional. I have to say that I was impressed with the way they are setup. They have a screen that shows the status of your vehicle while you're waiting. After the inspection, they will recommend a few things that may need attention with matching pictures. Great overall experience, first time here getting an oil change. I've always gone to Honda but recently wanted something closer to where I live. They reset my trip meter and oil meter. Would be coming back for sure.
Rotate tires - done on time and went further to fully inspect my vehicle. Advised of future items that are in need of attention. The entire process to schedule to pickup vehicle was flawless and was kept informed at all times. It was a pleasure to interact with all staff. If I lived in the area, I would use Stress Free for service of my vehicles!
Tay was great. He helped diagnose and fix a tricky AC issue. They call it the gremlin problem. The ones that affect you and disappear when you are at the service. Tay is very patient and great at customer service.
