Excellent customer care and prompt service !! Used their service for oil leak diagnosis and some minor annual tune-up. Overall, very happy with their digital setup for communicating work updates and excellent workmanship. Very happy to have found a professional auto care shop in Milpitas !!

Service was great and communication was really good too. (+ the waiting area is a plus if you don't have a ride while your car is being fix)

I loved their technology...all communication including invoicing was done on-line. I received diagnostic results and maintenance updates via text until I picked up my car. Friendly staff (Bella) too!

The management and mechs at Stress free milpitas, were informative and cooperative to solve some tricky problems my old chevy had. I had done multiple services from them, no complaints. I never got a response that they cant help. I had done battery repair replacement, ac filter replacement, oil changes and head light installations with them.

Courteous service, complete free diagnostic, price for what was done was a bit high but I'm not sure if it's because of inflation. My biggest problem was the 4 hours I waited for an alignment and wheel balancing.
