Had a flat tire overnight. Dropped off my car in the morning as a walk-in appointment and Bella got me checked-in. They included a courtesy diagnostic check and were thorough in reports and they were able to repair the tire. Fair price and good work.

Always the best work and customer service! I like that they send out deals to returning customers via text message, so I got a great price on tire rotation and oil change.

Super friendly staff. Patiently explain what work is recommended for my car. They are not pushy trying to sell you optional services and are very honest. I come back to stress free auto care for big or small issues I have with my car. The fee quote is also very reasonable.

It's my first time at Stress-Free Auto Care Milpitas. The service lived up to its name. I found it to be an stress-fee, fairly priced car maintenance experience. I plan to continue bringing my car here for maintenance. The person I interacted with was the store manager (Tae) who was kind and professional.
Jason and Tae were absolutely awesome and did a fantastic job with the quote, service, and updates for me. I had to do an 85k car maintenance, and they gave me a very reasonable quote and fantastic support. Totally recommend and they are awesome overall
Tate and his team are welcoming and knowledgeable and ensure the customers are informed about the proper maintenance and recommended maintenance. Wished all mechanics and auto care shops worked this way with transparency and trust. Appreciate the text updates and photos to ensure what is essential, is being worked on.
