Service was great. Just was not explained at what the extra service was for. Also the estimate I was given was way over what I was told. I was told at the last minute that extra work needed to be done.

We went to Neighborhood Auto Care before it was purchased. Under Neighborhood, we had a $250 service credit. We called Stress Free Auto Care and they agreed on the phone to honor that credit. I thought that was great and wanted to give Stress Free my business because of it. When I went in for service, they then said they would not honor the credit, even though they had already agreed to it before booking the appointment. Stress-Free Auto Care was very easy to work with. They were easy to get ahold of, explained everything in detail, and kept us in the loop. They made a hard situation (being down a car) much easier.

The car had an engine light on, and I dreaded taking it to any mechanic not knowing what they would find out. The gentleman who helped me was very courteous and friendly and reassured me that this light just turns on after so many miles and wasn't related to any actual issue. He took the time to check all was right and turned off the light. He spent a good 20 minutes with me without charging anything at all while taking all his time to explain the reason for this light on with a smile on his face the whole time.

Zero stars thanks to this place my car doesn't run it won't drive over 6 Miles per hour and so it sucks I can get it fixed because I haven't been to work and sadly u guys are afraid to talk to me so this is where I'm am and I had to pay someone 30 to remove my dipstick that you guys broke off
