Friendly staff at drop off and amazing customer service while the job was being done. They send you text updates complete with a link to pics and videos of inspections. You can even watch a live feed of your car while they work. Highly recommend!!

We had an oil change and tire rotation done recently at this shop and waited for it to be done. The service went well and the cost charged was fair and I especially liked how thorough they were in inspecting the car for other issues. The one exception to this good experience was a lack of a customer bathroom. Their yelp states they have an ADA bathroom but in fact they dont have any sort of customer bathroom. Excellent customer service and extremely transparent! I love the text feature with the breakdown of the inspection of the vehicle so that you can see what is recommended by the tech and why. I needed a full synthetic oil change, brake fluid flush and replacement, and they let me know I needed new tires. I didn't end up getting tires on site but the representative on site wasn't pushy at all! Overall, great experience and definitely worth the price.

Very, kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Nice clean facility as well. I went in for a diagnostic and they were very through and evan sent videos and pictures of their work. They had a LIVE option to watch thw mechanic, unfortunately it wouldn't load for me but it could have easily been my phone service. They evan gave me a nice discount on my diagnostic wich was very helpfull .
