This is an addendum to my post yesterday. I have regained confidence in this company again. They called me first thing this morning to "make it right". The service writer informed me he did not like the way the conversation and transaction went the day before so was calling to offer a refund. I was very relieved and impressed that they cared about upsetting a customer and did the right thing. That tells me the company has integrity. Thank you so much. Dana Kelly

I have been through a lot with auto repair places that seem to create more problems than they solve. (Looking at you, Clutch Mart!) Because of that, the name of this business appealed to me. As it turns out, they live up to to the name! Every step was taken care of by text. The whole experience was great. everyone was nice and cordial. Knowledgeable staff. I asked one opinion for an unexpected problem. They said it needed to be fixed. They even video Everything they was going to fix and got my approval first. Great service and they called me a Lyft ride back to my house so I didn't have to wait at the shop.

My car was misfiring on and off and they were able to find the issue and fix it. They even included a complimentary inspection with a list of other issues with my car. The staff was very kind and professional and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. Stress Free Auto Care was well worth the price and I would definitely come back if I have another issue I can't fix myself.

We needed new brake's desperately and waited too long to get them repaired. I. Called stress free auto Monday and they got me in Tuesday morning. It was easy and truly stress free. Their prices were decent and I felt taken care of.
