Im giving them a good review. My service was amazing on the phone. Really drew me in with a promised stress free experience and only place that said they would get my car to me same day...plus got my car an appointment the next day at 8am after calling day before at 5pm.. I got there and I did love their shop-very, very sweet men who work there. Also offered 15$ towards an Uber ride which gave me a FREE ride home, the shop was only 3 miles away. I count on the team at Stress Free for all my, & my friends' auto service and repairs. Charles, at the desk always greets with a smile and is very helpful. Same goes for the mechanics. Some of the mechanics I rely on are Robert, Dana, Junior, George, & John. There are more, I just don't have the names. I'll just say this: all the work I've ever had done at Stress Free has been done well and affordable. Then I pay, receive my car, get in and drive, confident the work was done professionally.

this shop is one of the best I've seen and have visited. They are very transparent and they are prompt to respond for any questions you may have. their communication is outstanding. They give you direct text and phone contact to the technician that is working on your vehicle and if you send a text or a call, it is answered within seconds and a response back under a minute. looked at my car checked my issues and said it needed a pcm reflash but they couldn't do it, So I took it to other shop and are waiting for results as I write hope it works.

I had a concern about my car starting and they handled everything from there. I received regular and timely texts about the diagnostics, recommendations and consents. There was a delay and I was informed about it. Excellent customer service and comfortable waiting area. I shopped around for cost comparison and this place was well within range. Stress-Free Auto Care is my new go-to for car care.

Very courteous and professional! I took my car in, they told me what was wrong, and had it fixed in 24 hours. The cost was reasonable, and I got the service that I requested. I will definitely go back whenever I need work done.
