I've been here a couple times now and I really like the way they do business. They are all super friendly and responsive to texts and questions. I also really like that when they send u the estimate through a link, everything is listed with explanation of what it is, with pics, a cost estimation on each item, and the option to accept or decline. I had such a great experience at this shop! I had a noisy wheel bearing and I found this shop on the MAXCARE site. I wasn't sure how to even use the MAXCARE coverage. Don was great and handled everything. If I had to pay out of pocket it was much less than a previous quote!! Nice people and great service. I am very satisfied and will return when needed. Thanks

Very pleasant, thorough, and honest! I appreciated the complete inspection report on my car to update me on items that will need attention soon, later, and items that were good!

They are speedy, friendly, and always do a great job. Cheaper than the dealership too. The day I called I could have come in then, but chose the next day. Was in and out in two hours. I have used them a couple of times and feel they are very trustworthy.

My starter went out and had it towed to Stress Free. The staff had the estimate wrote before my car arrived. They got on the vehicle as soon as it was off the tow truck. They are very efficient and we're very personable to my needs. I highly recommend Stress Free. Also state of the art repair shop.

This was just a scheduled oil change. I was able to make an appt. The same day and the service took only 2 hours. Everything was very efficient & timely.

I neglected my car a bit but they got it taken care of and found the source of a leak which ended up being coolant rather than an oil leak. Don got me a discount on a new radiator and called me a Lyft so I didnt have to find a ride. Thanks so much.
