I needed my car diagnosed and get excellent care as well as customer service. Highly recommend. The price was extremely affordable.
Excellent customer service and extremely transparent! I love the text feature with the breakdown of the inspection of the vehicle so that you can see what is recommended by the tech and why. I needed a full synthetic oil change, brake fluid flush and replacement, and they let me know I needed new tires. I didn't end up getting tires on site but the representative on site wasn't pushy at all! Overall, great experience and definitely worth the price.
Very, kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Nice clean facility as well. I went in for a diagnostic and they were very through and evan sent videos and pictures of their work. They had a LIVE option to watch thw mechanic, unfortunately it wouldn't load for me but it could have easily been my phone service. They evan gave me a nice discount on my diagnostic wich was very helpfull .
Very professional and transparent all along the way. They send updates and give you options for items that need immediate attention and some deferred maintenance options with cost up front. Highly recommend Stress-Free Auto Care.
These guys just save me over $4000 and probably my sanity. I took my car to a local dealership last year to repair the air conditioning. the dealership recharged my freon and put dye in it. They charged me $1200. about 10 months later my air conditioning went out again. I brought my car back to the dealership and they were going to charge me $4200 to replace the condenser. This is an addendum to my post yesterday. I have regained confidence in this company again. They called me first thing this morning to "make it right". The service writer informed me he did not like the way the conversation and transaction went the day before so was calling to offer a refund. I was very relieved and impressed that they cared about upsetting a customer and did the right thing. That tells me the company has integrity. Thank you so much. Dana Kelly
