We took our Ford f150 to the shop for a rough idle. They did an inspection and found we needed a few things fixed in addition to the original problem. That was great. We approved the work. They had to keep the truck over night and then the next day they sent me an estimate stating that the caliper broke when they were fixing the brakes and said I was responsible for the repair. I needed a splash shield under my car, I talked to Charles who gave me a quote for a little over $300 which was about $75 less then the dealership. Stress Free Auto Care lived up to its name. Went in for work regarding AC/Heater not working properly. Charles was my service rep. who worked with me to get my trucks AC system fixed. Problem was found & necessary repairs were done. This was customer service at its best. Note: Took my truck to another auto shop four days earlier for same repair was charged a large fee. I have tried every phone number associated with your business and they either come back as invalid numbers or busy. I would like to try you guys out but there is no way to get a hold of you. Very frustrating. My NBR is 9169671376.

The customer service is great. They were able to fit us in at the last minute and kept us updated by texts through the whole inspection and repair process. They got the parts for my old car within hours. Very pleased with their work and the 2-year/24,000 mile warranty can't be beat. None of this 90-day nonsense. The prices are comparable with other shops but the people make the difference. My 1990 Cadillac Sedan DeVille is back on the road!
