The whole experience was great. everyone was nice and cordial. Knowledgeable staff. I asked one opinion for an unexpected problem. They said it needed to be fixed. They even video Everything they was going to fix and got my approval first. Great service and they called me a Lyft ride back to my house so I didn't have to wait at the shop.

My oil change was on time. And inspected front to back. They're doing a great job. It's the third time we've been here.

My car was misfiring on and off and they were able to find the issue and fix it. They even included a complimentary inspection with a list of other issues with my car. The staff was very kind and professional and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. Stress Free Auto Care was well worth the price and I would definitely come back if I have another issue I can't fix myself.

We needed new brake's desperately and waited too long to get them repaired. I. Called stress free auto Monday and they got me in Tuesday morning. It was easy and truly stress free. Their prices were decent and I felt taken care of.

I came in for a diagnostic about a week ago, for my ford fusion hybrid and the team found my issue they let me know it would be best for me to go directly to the manufacturer for the specific issue I was having, so they ended up waiving my fee! Great team, honest and will get my business again in the future.

I have used Stress-Free Auto Repair several times now. I am very impressed with their customer service; from the front desk check in to the mechanic's expertise. They provide a frequent mobile update and never 'push' for further service, only recommend it and the severity of the issue in the overall needs for the cars maintenance. I highly recommend them.

Friendly Fast and very thorough...there are several good mechanics on Greenback however Stress Free has the software to make sure your car is in tip top shape..highly recommend them
