I must commend them on their fantastic customer service. They exemplify the qualities of customer service skills that everyone wishes all business people would or could possess and can't or won't in today's world. I give you two stars because of your customer service. The friendliest people I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. You're easy to find especially on a busy road and your shop is clean. But stress free? No. I came to you guys for some emergency work that I thought I needed. I left without that work because of what I was quoted. $4746.16 for a long list of unnecessary but necessary work. Why? They mailed out a coupon for an oil change that expired on 9-1-25 Labor Day and it was a holiday. So I called on 9-4 but it had expired. They said, no worries we will grant you the coupon it's only a few days late. So I make appointment show up and they say oh sorry we can't grant you the coupon but we will do oil change for 30.00 more. Wow Just wow. Very poor Customer Service not to mention the attendant could care less.

We took our Ford f150 to the shop for a rough idle. They did an inspection and found we needed a few things fixed in addition to the original problem. That was great. We approved the work. They had to keep the truck over night and then the next day they sent me an estimate stating that the caliper broke when they were fixing the brakes and said I was responsible for the repair. I needed a splash shield under my car, I talked to Charles who gave me a quote for a little over $300 which was about $75 less then the dealership. I called a few days later to let them know that I was ready to book and that I had gotten a mailer with a discount of $50 off for over $300 they said yes I could use the coupon, I booked an appointment for the 05/17 at 10 am, when I went in Charles handed me the quote that was $438 I let him know that was not the quote he gave me and that I told him why would I take this when he ... read more

Stress Free Auto Care lived up to its name. Went in for work regarding AC/Heater not working properly. Charles was my service rep. who worked with me to get my trucks AC system fixed. Problem was found & necessary repairs were done. This was customer service at its best. Note: Took my truck to another auto shop four days earlier for same repair was charged a large fee.
