The customer service is great. They were able to fit us in at the last minute and kept us updated by texts through the whole inspection and repair process. They got the parts for my old car within hours. Very pleased with their work and the 2-year/24,000 mile warranty can't be beat. None of this 90-day nonsense. The prices are comparable with other shops but the people make the difference. My 1990 Cadillac Sedan DeVille is back on the road!

I have been coming to this auto shop for well over 25 years! They recently underwent new ownership so of course I was concerned.. sorry to see Eric go.. but certainly understand retirement. I had never been to Stress Free Auto but saw a coupon for an oil change which I needed. I decided to try them. I didn't get the name of the man at the counter but he was very courteous and knowledgeable. Everything was done to specification and my coupon was honored.

Friendly and honest staff. They kept me well updated on repair. They followed up via email after repair regarding check engine light to ensure the car continued to run well and light didn't come back on.

So glad I ran into this place on a Saturday when most places are not open. My truck battery was not working after I installed a new one. Edison had his mechanic took a look at it and discovered that the bolt I replaced was incorrect on my positive cable. They did not have an available bolts so he provided me a brand new cable and had his mechanic install and tighten everything down for free. Now it's back to normal.
