I needed a splash shield under my car, I talked to Charles who gave me a quote for a little over $300 which was about $75 less then the dealership. I called a few days later to let them know that I was ready to book and that I had gotten a mailer with a discount of $50 off for over $300 they said yes I could use the coupon, I booked an appointment for the 05/17 at 10 am, when I went in Charles handed me the quote that was $438 I let him know that was not the quote he gave me and that I told him why would I take this when he ... read more

Stress Free Auto Care lived up to its name. Went in for work regarding AC/Heater not working properly. Charles was my service rep. who worked with me to get my trucks AC system fixed. Problem was found & necessary repairs were done. This was customer service at its best. Note: Took my truck to another auto shop four days earlier for same repair was charged a large fee. The customer service is great. They were able to fit us in at the last minute and kept us updated by texts through the whole inspection and repair process. They got the parts for my old car within hours. Very pleased with their work and the 2-year/24,000 mile warranty can't be beat. None of this 90-day nonsense. The prices are comparable with other shops but the people make the difference. My 1990 Cadillac Sedan DeVille is back on the road!

I had never been to Stress Free Auto but saw a coupon for an oil change which I needed. I decided to try them. I didn't get the name of the man at the counter but he was very courteous and knowledgeable. Everything was done to specification and my coupon was honored.
