Amazing service and communication. I called and was able to get a same day appointment to get my battery replaced. Ali ensured that an OEM replacement battery was available by the time I brought my SUV in. They worked on it quickly and I was out the door and fully charged. Would definitely use their service again. Great place and friendly staff!

Ali was very responsive, provided me with a competitive quote. The work was done well and in timely manner. He followed up with me a few days after to ensure I was happy with my new tires. If you want to support small local business instead of a national chain, I highly recommend this shop.

We have been going to Ray's Auto for decades. The new owner, Ali, is absolutely wonderful. Ali is a great communicator, I always feel that he's telling me everything and that the cost is not just competitive, but often lower than other places. We get all our maintenance work, repairs, and tires here. It's great to have a one stop shop!

This place is a gem and I have waited quite some time to write this review as I have gotten my car serviced here since 08/2019! Ali, the shop owner is honest, professional, punctual, and extremely thorough. I've been taking my 2011 Infiniti G37 here for a little while now and honestly they've been giving me great deals here n there. I trust the people working on my car they have good chemistry. Overall good Auto shop that pretty much does everything!!

Really friendly and pretty quick service, but I *did* just pay $267 for an oil change and Smog ($110 for the Smog alone). I used to think this was a great small and convenient location to take my Bug, but after talking to other European friends with VWs, turns out this is pricey for the 2 things I had done. I was told the price of synthetic euro oil has increased but found it online for half the price I was charged. Ditto Smog - runs at $50 max in other garages in the area. I found Ray's when my GMC suddenly overheated and I barely got it back home. When I called Ray's the following Monday, Ali was able to get me in that day. Car is running well now and I was able to swap out a replacement part (save some $$) for what turned out to be an expensive job (water pump) so I appreciate that. If you do go with Ray's, make sure to get a clear quote on parts and labor (they should be able to tell you this for the work you need done).

I needed to have my flat tire fixed ASAP before closing at 6pm. Ali was courteous. professional, and was a good listener. Fixed my tire in 15 minutes. Pulled out the nail and repaired quickly. Rays also does brakes, oil change, and transmission.
