My 2006 Volvo V9 car had a check engine light come on when I was on the other side of the bridge in San Mateo (I live in Oakland) I posted about it and Ali and the team responded quickly and he was able to look at my car. He fixed the issue quickly and my car is running beautifully. I had my car towed to them a little over a week ago late on Saturday and met Ali , the shop owner, who waited a bit after to make sure my car was secured before shop closed. The work that was done was great and under my budget. After getting picking up my car he mentioned to me that my window didn't roll up and i mentioned that it was able to before it was towed. I had a nail in my tire! I called they said to come over at anytime. When I got off work I drove over and they had my tire fixed with in 10 minutes ! Everyone was very nice and fast service ! I would definitely go back.

I had an amazing experience at Ray's. I came here looking for a brake and oil gasket replacement, and Ali helped explain to me exactly what needed fixing, ruled out anything that was unnecessary and did a detailed inspection on my car. They made the repairs in a timely manner and were extremely transparent with the entire process. I am definitely coming here again and recommend this repair shop for anyone looking for their go-to mechanic!

They always do a great job. They show me the pricing too. I definitely trust this shop with my cars and have used them consistently for a new windshield, a full service, 4 tires, and an oil change.

Stand up, honest Auto guys in Redwood City. Ali and the team are always kind, excel in their communication, and detail oriented. Two or three other shops nearby, these guys are the best! Two day repair and extremely reasonable prices. I will try to send business their way!

Ali is an honest and helpful mechanic. Good pricing as well as good quality work. Highly recommend this place. It's a one stop shop!
