We needed a new repair shop after moving to RWC. We settled on Ray's and were not disappointed in our choice. They were extremely friendly and after a diagnostic, contacted us with an estimate which was very complete, down to the cost of every single spark plug. Excellent, honest mechanics are hard to find and we are happy to have found one on our first try. They also follow all Covid guidelines to the letter. Ray's Auto Repair & Tires was awesome service. Ali was great. I had a very bad experience with Big O Tires right across the street and Ali was very efficient in helping me with my tire transaction and got me out of there promptly. I highly recommend patroning this private business. Stop going to the large corporate chains, let's help keep our small businesses alive during this trying time! Ali Rocks!

Great service, took a bit longer nmthen normal veing understaffed due to thw rokd being on fire. Really nice once they caught up I got my car back in the road quick.

I was in dire straits Tuesday Sep. 29..We had to evacuate from the Glass Fire in Santa Rosa and visited family in the area. Had a fast leaking tire on my SUV and could not drive, calling AAA to put air in and find a tire repair place FAST!!!! BIG O said, "can you leave it?" ahhhh...couldn't wait..asked for another place...He told me and pointed to Ray's..I pulled in, asked ALI, could do the repair, and graciously said "yes" and within 5 minutes his number one man was working on the problem. I only take my Mustang to one Mechanic out of town & my starter was showing signs of giving out & I called Ali as a 1st time customer & Ali had my car back to me the next day. Great work!

I love Ray's. I have taken every vehicle I have owned while living in the RWC here and never been disappointed.
