i took my daughter's car to Ray's auto repair to replace her tires. They were able to work on it the same day. They checked her brakes for free and discovered that the rotors were crystallized and needed replacing. I was grateful that they spotted this unsafe condition and fixed it. The parking is limited to a narrow driveway but they turn your car around so exiting is easier. Service was excellent and professional!

Engine indicator light turned on, called to make an appointment, they said to come right in. Seems all I needed was an oil change. They suggested I also get filters cleaned. They were able to do everything within 3 hours.

Best tire shop in Redwood City, hell the whole Bay Area. They are very great at what they do. Great customer service and tires. I will be going back for a smog and a tune up. Can't go wrong here. Thanks guys for the great service.

I had a tire blowout emergency on 101. I put on my spare donut tire and cruised onto the El Camino in Redwood City. I noticed Ray's across the street after passing a very busy Big O Tires. Ali came out and asked what I needed. He had a new 245 60 18" tire to fit my Honda Odyssey. He mounted and balanced the new tire and installed it in 15 minutes!!! I asked his shop helper to check the air pressure in my spare donut tire. The service was Fantastic..!! Thank you Ali..!!

Very happy, honest and professional would recommend ! My steering wheel on my 2005 Porsche was shaking on the highway around 65mph. I stopped by without an appointment and Ali took care of the problem right away. He took the car for a test drive after the repair to double check that the problem was gone. He also didn't try to sell me on an alignment and said I only need balancing.

Ray and his team were absolutely amazing! They provided excellent service and helped us out when we were on a road trip driving our '64 Buick LeSabre from San Francisco to L.A. They took care of us on a Saturday morning, found the parts (not simple for a '64), and got us back on the road quickly. I highly recommend Ray's Auto Repair & Tires for their knowledge, quick work, and empathy for road warriors on a tight schedule! Thanks again!

Ali was a great technician! My car sounded horrible and they found the issue and fixed it in 5 hours so i had my car for work the next day. Would definitely recommend, theyre super friendly here and really care about the customers.
