I needed an oil change in a pinch and sent Ray's a message through yelp. They answered within 5 minutes with a reasonable price on an oil change for my Highlander. I was able to take the car in within the hour and he took my info down and finished the oil change in 20 minutes. Super friendly service, car is running much better, happy with the entire process. I initially brought my car to another shop to fix my leaking tires multiple times but they couldn't figure out the problem and it was frustrating. I decided to give Ray's Auto a try and got in touch with Ali. He was very quick to respond. He found the source of the leak and he kept the car to do checks after just to make sure it was okay. So far my tire pressure hasn't gone down! Totally recommend. The price for the quality of the service is crazy good.

I called Friday afternoon to set up a pre-purchase inspection for a used car I was thinking about buying, and they found room on the schedule to get me in the next day. The inspection was thorough, speedy, and professional. Ali and his team were very friendly and happy to explain everything they did. Highly recommend them and I'll be back!

AMAZING! We've been traveling across the country staying in our van and got quite a scare when we realized a few issues along the way. We were worried when we realized most repair shops were closed or couldn't help us at all, but Ray's was able to figure out our problem and get us back on the road in less than an HOUR. Not to mention giving us the best deal! A literal life saver! If we were from here, we would pick this shop every time. Thanks so much again!

As a woman, I'm always nervous about going into an Auto shop, and being taken advantage of. There are mechanics who know they can get away with lying about what is wrong with your car, and over charging you. Ali and his team are honest, and they helped me when I was in a jam. Their prices are reasonable and fare. Great customer service! If you're trying to find an Auto Shop that won't over charge, and who are honest, this is the spot to go to, especially if your are a nervous woman like me :)

If you are looking for an auto repair shop with great customer service and a quick turnaround time, Ray's Auto Repair & Tires is the best! I had a nail in my tire that needed to be repaired late in the day. Ali was able to fit me in and repair my tire in less than 10 minutes when several other places around Redwood City would not alter their schedule to fit me in. They saved the day for me! I had the most efficient service completed at Ray's auto. I called Wednesday afternoon and was serviced the very next day. Took no less than 40 minutes for my engine shield to be repaired. I am very pleased with this business.
