I ran over a nail and the tire needed to be replaced. Cook's tire service was able to see me as a walk in. They even got me a ride back to my home of record. Outstanding service and friendly staff!
I had all four tires on my Performance Model Tesla installed this morning, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! I was their first appointment at 8 AM, arrived a few minutes early, and someone was already there opening up -- friendly, professional, and clearly ready to start the day right. Shortly after, I met who I believe was the manager, and he was just as courteous and professional. The whole team gave off a genuine "we've got you covered" vibe that's rare to find these days. Their prices are great (buying my n... read more
The shop did a great turn around on a Saturday. Brought my Honda in to check out the tires and alignment and they found more problems I wasn't aware of and texted me photos as backup. They did tire replacement, balance, replace the steering rods, and rear struts at a fair price. Overall the quick turn around and constant communication was greatly appreciated. Will do business with them again in the future.
From the second, I walked in the front door. Andres the manager made me feel welcome and comforted. I was freaking out a little bit because I found a screw in my tire and the weather was bad and I was scared to drive anywhere. After inspecting the tire, they took my keys and immediately took the car back. They were even very kind when I had no idea where the wheel tire lock was... And were patient with me while I tried to find it which I did. Yay! They repaired my tire quickly, and also checked the other tires to make sure ... read more

these guys were great and friendly. service was amazing. very informative and fast working.
My engine light was on and my 2012 Ford Taurus Limited started to misfire. I contacted a number of mechanics on YELP and I decided to try this TIRE place with skepticism. Andres appeared to be upfront with everything and promised to follow up with me, after I had AAA flathead my vehicle to their shop. As promised, he did, with an unusual update. He sent a text with pictures that a rodent had chewed through one of the wires on the wire harness connected to my fuel injector thus causing the misfire. He said that the mechanic... read more
