I guess the response Is okay. Could not give me an online estimate to compare with other auto shops.
Business response:
Thank you for your feedback. We understand that comparing estimates is important when choosing an auto repair shop. However, we do not provide ballpark pricing over the phone or online. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our pricing — unlike some competitors, we believe in giving accurate, honest estimates based on a proper diagnosis, not guesswork. In your case, the issue involved malfunctioning brake lights. In order to give a reliable estimate, we would need to physically inspect the vehicle and identif... read more
Been coming here since they've opened and I'll keep coming here because of how good the service is. Oil changes are done quickly and pricing is competitive with most places, and they don't upsell you on things that aren't necessary.
Loved my experience! I had a huge screw in my tire. I came by about 1100 they said it will be about an hour wait, I asked if I could leave and come back in an hour, they said sure. Their tires prices are comparable to Costco's but you can't beat the service !! I t... read more
Ended up here because the online quote for 5 new tires mounted and balanced and an alignment was the most reasonable, of all the places I received quotes from, and to top it all off, I was able to bring my vehicle in a few hours later on the same day. If you like old-fashioned good quality service at a fair price with mechanics you can trust to do the job right the first time, then don't hesitate to get your vehicle serviced here at Cooks Tire and Service. Car issues are almost always so stressful. The team at Cook's Tire and service made it such a breeze. They were able to diagnose and repair my ABS issue relatively fast. It was affordable and convenient as well. Thanks again!
My needs were quickly assessed, at a fair price AND the service was speedy! Has my highest recommendation
Good tire service and as well as the installment on the tires was very quick and professionally done
