My daughter recently moved to LA and unfortunately the day she arrived the skid plate underneath her car peeled back and began dragging on the ground. I happened to be in town for a few days and I would've removed it myself, unfortunately I could not get under the vehicle because there was not enough clearance. Cook's on Sepulveda happened to be the closest mechanic around so I ended up taking her car there to have it removed. All of the staff was incredibly helpful, they removed the skid plate in about 20 minutes and they d... read more
Phenomenal service. I needed new tires ASAP, got a quick response & a quote with a price out the door, no hidden fees or anything. They didn't have my tires in stock, but were able to have one of their employees out source them within a couple hours, & from when i arrived there they had them done within an hour, just like they promised. I watched them install my new tires, just out of curiosity, however I had noticed how well they worked & how confident they were in their work. Overall, I cannot recommend them enough, i... read more
Great service ! I had went yesterday because my front tire was giving me some trouble, they immediately started to help and try and figure out what was happening. The service was done in a quick 20 minutes and the problem was fixed and I was told what happened.
Fast service, honest, I bring a2000 4Runner there that has qbeen sitting in my RV space for four years. That truck runs great now. I cost Me a bit to get It this way but that's because I I let it sit so long. It's a super straight. 2000 Toyota 4runner a
Cook's tire is amazing! Brought my new RAV4 in for a tire patch. Andres at the front desk was incredibly prompt and helpful. Angel patched the tire in 10 minutes and gave us the service for free since it was our first time bringing the car in. He filled all our tires and even filled the spare. Would recommend Cook's to anyone who needs prompt and reliable service!
Great service and value. The people were nice, attentive, and helped me very quickly. I'll be going here from now on .
Excellent service! Everyone I spoke to here was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. Had some fairly extensive brake work that needed to be done. Andres and the team at Cook's did a phenomenal job with the work that needed to be done, they were very clear and upfront about pricing, and answered all of my questions. The waiting area in the shop is nice too, there's comfy chairs and a little coffee machine. Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality mechanic at fair prices!
HIGHLY recommend Cook's Tire & Service. They are affordable, quick, and have the sweetest workers. I'd 100% recommend to any family or friend.
