Thought I needed a lot more done but talking with Andres I was better than I thought! I just needed front brakes... this place gave me a sense of welcoming as well as a honest and fast service! My wife needed her brakes replaced on her Corolla. I requested a quote for brakes and rotors (rotor service vs replacement) from multiple shops in the area and Cook's was one of the quicker businesses to respond. They gave me a fair price and it was close enough to my location so I made my way over. They answered all questions about the job and were transparent about the pets used, what was to be done, and gave me all the options with recommendations. Really nice helpful technicians and manager! Went in for brakes. They dismantled wheels and found brake pads to be fine. The noise I heard was another issue they recommended to handle later. No charge. Honest business! Nothing needed repair at this time. Awesome! (I was quoted a $400 cost by dealer. Forget dealers!) I will recommend Cooks to my friends! Of course they're my go-to place from now on!

My car needed preventative maintenance and I was looking for somewhere local. I found Cook's and decided to give them a call. From the very first phone call thru the end of the service, it was top notch. They took the time to do a diagnostic check and told me a few things that needed to be addressed. They were up front about pricing and the time that it would take. They were truthful and I really appreciate that. I recommend Cook's for your car maintenance!

I brought my husband's Corolla for a power steering fluid exchange. He was told by a different shop that his car required it and it was about $400. We thought that was too high so we decided to shop around. Thank goodness we found this place because Cook's let us know our Corolla had an electric powering steering therefore it didn't need fluid at all. Ever. I called Cook's to help see if they could repair my tire that got a nail in it. The service here felt much more personal instead of the get you in and out type of feel you would get at a Firestone or America's Tire. I spoke with the general manager Andreas and felt very welcomed and listened to. They were able to repair my tire and I was in and out within 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. I needed a tire replaced but was really concerned about my rim being scuffed in the process. The men at Cook's did a quick and excellent job, and even hooked it up for it being my new car.
