These guys were able to get my AC diagnosed and provide me an estimate to repair the issue within a 2 1/2 hour window of me dropping my car off. I feel what they charged me is fair compared to other shops that want to charge double just for the diagnostic. I will definitely be a returning customer for regular maintenance.

Great customer service. Explained and showed me everything in detail that everything was ok. Not like other auto shops that always try to upsell you. I highly recommend them.

Quick response to inquiry and accomodates your schedule. They are also honest about their pricing which is very reasonable compared to others in the area.

I have both my BMW X3 and Jaguar XK8 serviced at Cooks. Replaced shocks and rebalanced tires. They did excellent work. Fast and fair pricing. I highly recommend them. Andreas, the manager is an honest and knowledgeable advisor. Will definitely work with him when the need arises again.
