My car was leaking power steering fluid for a few years but it wasn't enough to worry about. Recently the amount seemed to be much more than usual and I felt it was time to get it fixed along with a bunch of other smaller issues. Stressing over where I'm taking it because of all the horror stories, I decided to give Cook's a try. Their facility looked clean and professional from the pictures and that put me at ease since I don't really like leaving my car at shady shops. The customer service was solid from the start. Amazing and kind service. I had a screw in my tire and they patched it lightning fast and with amazing customer service!
This is a great business. I had a shock absorber emergency and Cooks was more than helpful. Great crew, very friendly. Will definitely do business with them again.
Great customer service! Convenient location with helpful staff! Got a flat tire during the weekend when all the shops were closed. Needed a new tire, they ordered it and installed Monday morning. I do recommend this shop.
Excellent service! I came in to replace all four tires and get an alignment done. The team worked quickly, and the shop was clean and well-organized. Everyone was super friendly and professional. Before finding Cook's, I had checked prices at other places--and this shop definitely offers great deals, even for my pricey car. The bonus? It's just around the corner from home! I'm really happy with the service and will definitely be bringing my car here from now on.
My car was blowing hot air. Long story short these guys are very helpful and informative. Good vibes and so far no issues with my repair
I took my car to repair a screw in one of my tires and they did a superb job. They were honest , fast and informative. They just earned my business!
My experience was great! They were super helpful, quick, and efficient! They honestly had great prices too. I would recommend this service shop to my friends and family and would specifically ask for PJ to service your car! I got new tires installed and an alignment. Next thing i'm getting fixed is my airbag problem!
