I ordered my $500.00 worth of prescription as usual from my Dr who used Strive to fill the prescription on the 19th of December 2024, 8 days later it had not arrived so I contacted Strive, the customer rep. Janet informed me it had been delivered on Christmas Eve, the FedEx driver placed it in my trash can in front of my house, he took a photo of the can. I recently was sent an invoice, I paid it, then a few days later I got a message saying I still needed to pay. I called on a Friday or Saturday to clear things up as I know the money had already came out on my end. The lady I talked to was very sweet and helpful out of the Arizona branch. She managed to get ahold of someone in FL (mind you they were fixing to get hit with another hurricane).
