I've loved working with this pharmacy! Their customer service is very friendly, their turnaround time on filling prescriptions is excellent, and they ship medications to my home for FREE! I'm excited to keep using Strive!

In this era of complicated medicine and healthcare systems, this pharmacy keeps things simple and Dr. Walker is a true professional! This compounding pharmacy is friendly, fair, and has 24 hour turnaround! They also offer free shipping and cater to the needs of us, the customer! I have had a great experience with this pharmacy and I wish nothing but success to this business! Give them a shot to earn your business!

I've been taking 2% Cholesterol/Lovastatin topical cream for Porokeratosis for about 3 years. In October the 240 gram refill arrived in a different shaped container. Thought nothing of it but soon realized after a month of applying that it stopped working. Notified Skin Medicinals who promptly sent another gratis container. Same issue: didn't work. Customer service is horrible here. They needed more info about the request from my doctor. Rather than contacting the doctor, they sent me a text saying that I need to have my doctor contact them. That delayed everything by a week and they are aready very slow to work with. Bottom line is that after 3 weeks I still don't have my medication.

waited on hold for 15 min then selected call back keeping my place on the que...two hours and 15 min later still no call! quality has definitely gone down. this has not been the only issue with them but the one that has me changing pharmacies.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. If you want to go with a pharmacy that is a direct partner and disrupting your therapy, has no sense of urgency, completely passes the buck and is slow as molasses, then I got a pharmacy to sell you on baseline road... It should be criminal, disrupting patients therapies, with no consequence or penalty.

Tried to do something different and support a local place what a disaster. First time they too 8 days to fill a simple script, second time I got a text to pick up, drive 30 minutes to pick up only to find out you have to pay for it before they even start to make it. Fine I pay for it. Today is Wednesday and they tell me it will be ready Monday! Out of country till the following Monday so I won't get it till I get back. What a joke.

My dermatologist suggested I order this high end, pricey anti-aging product. I decided to try it. After 3 days of use, my skin began to turn red, irritated, a rash developed, itchy and a burning sensation that continues days after I stop using the product. When I requested a refund, I was denied. Not only will I not order anything else from this company/pharmacy, I also question the integrity of this company's interest and safety of their clients. Very disappointed.
