I used to love this place that was two years ago. Prescription wait times went from a few days to a few weeks back down to a week. apparently they can't handle the business. Thanks Strive, but I'm moving on. David

HORRIBLE!!!! Disorganized and "can no longer generate claim forms because of a new system". That makes ZERO sense. So customers cannot get reimbursed for prescriptions because their system sucks. Figure it out.

3rd time I was shorted on the volume of medication. I should have had enough for 75 units, and there was only 60 units left again. I am finding it impossible to get the results I want bc I don't get the quantity of medication I paid for. This is the 3rd time today I have had this happen. I need to try to find a different compounding pharmacy that can get the prescription correct.

really bad customer service. they no longer let you know if a medicine needs a new RX. im trying to get a time-sensitive, life-saving RX filled for my dog. the service was much better when it was the compounding center. once strive bought the company, iv had several issues. they didn't let me know the medicine was no longer being sent via auto filled, even though the fact sheet and email communication regarding strive taking over said they would. then, after I mail them the RX (the won't take an uploaded pdf) they then let m... read more

Terrible service. Over and over and over again, don't waste your time. I am a director in the medical field and their service is terrible, nobody knows what they're doing, and they are very unorganized. My prescriptions are messed up EVERY month and unfortunately, I was not able to switch pharmacies until now. Sadly, it seems a lot of businesses just don't care anymore. Save your sanity and don't go here.

Very poorly managed and the excuses they have for the constant delays shows they are not designed for proper patient care. This time I had to wait 10 days before they mailed my med and now it's "lost in the mail". Going to move on to another compounding pharmacy.

I wish I had listened to the one star reviews and stayed far away from this compounding pharmacy. I have experienced all the same issues and they do have a complete disregard for how their errors, delays, incompetence, and actions taken by their dim-witted management team exacerbate their customer's conditions. They are also notorious for making arbitrary changes to prescriptions sent to them by the provider who is actually familiar with your condition and not even bother to tell you.
