Everything is done through text message. When you call, no one answers the phone. The latest text--we need additional information. Text back to a different number. I have no idea what additional information they need. I've been trying to get the cost of this Rx since last week. I'm about to tell them to stuff it.

This pharmacy does not realize that compounding medication is still medicines that patients NEED in a timely manner. The normal turnaround time of 2-3 days has become longer and longer, and is now 7-10 days!! No patient can accept this delay in getting hormone replacement. Side effects become more pronounced! Just when I run out I will go thru a partial withdrawal and have to go thru startup again after each long delay in getting the prescription! My doctor changed the compound pharmacy to Strive. The medication- Tirzepatide seems Weak and I have not lost any weight in 6 months . Not sure if it's strong enough but does not seem To work. I am changing to an online pharmacy.
Be CAREFUL especially if you pay out of pocket! i recieved this vial (2ml) compounded semiglutide fir $250 noticed immediately it was off and WAAAY less than the previous ones. i was told to WAIT UNtil the end of dose to see if i was short n offered a partial refund or discount- when i did as told they REFUSED to honor either refund or discount gave excuse after excuse even AFTER my doctor herself called. Worst first experience ever! Over a week to get a refill that Frys does in 3 hours. Never again. Garbage customer communication and rude when asked why so long. F
My physician called in a RX 10 business days ago and I still do not have my medication!! Delivery says it should be here tomorrow so that means 11 business days assuming it actually arrives. I only went here because of my Dr's recommendation. Never again. Totally unacceptable.
If you are a provider, send your business elsewhere. I will start by stating that I am a physician and deal with pharmacies frequently. Strive's customer service has tanked within the last year. Previous orders were processed and sent out within 24 hours. I was on the ely Lily brand mounjaro at a 2.5 mg dose. I went to strive pharmacy because insurance stopped covering it. They claim their Tirzepitide is superior. I went on a 7.5 mg dose from Strive and I might as well have injected water. When I contacted Strive telling them, they told me that the medicine stops working after a while. Which is complete bullshit. Strive pharmacies 7.5 mg, three times higher than the dose I was taking from Eli Lilly. Was ineffective and did not work. They are ripping people off bottom line. Terrible communication. When texting them, you receive different answers from different people. Very slow to fill RX.
