I've finally reached the point where I'm done doing business with Strive Pharmacy. Every single time I need a refill, there's a new problem. First, I repeatedly tell them that I want to pick up my prescription in person. Despite calling to confirm this, I still receive emails and text messages saying my prescription will be mailed to me for an additional fee. I've decided to take my business elsewhere as this latest episode was 'the last straw' that broke the camel's back. I mean, I have always had a difficult time getting the prescriptions through Strive in a timely manner. But this time, I was waiting for my prescriptions in the mail, and after not receiving it, I was told they were sent to an address that I used to live at more than 2 years ago. Be aware that if you use Strive Pharmacy, their customer service and communication are the worst in the industry. I say this after three refills on one prescription. Each time there were delays of over 5 days, leaving me without my prescription for those 5+ days. The final straw was on my last refill, when I received a notification from Strive that they were preparing the prescription.
