Terrible, terrible, terrible. If you want to go with a pharmacy that is a direct partner and disrupting your therapy, has no sense of urgency, completely passes the buck and is slow as molasses, then I got a pharmacy to sell you on baseline road... It should be criminal, disrupting patients therapies, with no consequence or penalty.

Tried to do something different and support a local place what a disaster. First time they too 8 days to fill a simple script, second time I got a text to pick up, drive 30 minutes to pick up only to find out you have to pay for it before they even start to make it. Fine I pay for it. Today is Wednesday and they tell me it will be ready Monday! Out of country till the following Monday so I won't get it till I get back. What a joke.

My dermatologist suggested I order this high end, pricey anti-aging product. I decided to try it. After 3 days of use, my skin began to turn red, irritated, a rash developed, itchy and a burning sensation that continues days after I stop using the product. When I requested a refund, I was denied. Not only will I not order anything else from this company/pharmacy, I also question the integrity of this company's interest and safety of their clients. Very disappointed.

When I started with this company it was good. Lately the service has gotten sloppy. I travel so the timing of the "overnight" delivery is extremely important. When I call to place an order I tell them the importance of the delivery date and they tell me, "No problem", yet twice now it's been a problem. The last time I called, at their prompting, nearly everyday to get updates which at one point forced me to change the delivery address to accommodate them. However this didn't work either. Be aware that filling a Rx is 10-12 business days after paying them so you need to plan ahead on what day you pay their invoice. I didn't realize this, so my planning/budgeting caused me to miss my weekly dose, and based on the 10-12 day turn around time, I may be late on the next dose. Now I need to talk with my health care provider to see what happens/what I need to do because of the missed dose(s). Just another cost that I'm going to be out of pocket for. Everything is done through text message. When you call, no one answers the phone. The latest text--we need additional information. Text back to a different number. I have no idea what additional information they need. I've been trying to get the cost of this Rx since last week. I'm about to tell them to stuff it.

This pharmacy does not realize that compounding medication is still medicines that patients NEED in a timely manner. The normal turnaround time of 2-3 days has become longer and longer, and is now 7-10 days!! No patient can accept this delay in getting hormone replacement. Side effects become more pronounced! Just when I run out I will go thru a partial withdrawal and have to go thru startup again after each long delay in getting the prescription! My doctor changed the compound pharmacy to Strive. The medication- Tirzepatide seems Weak and I have not lost any weight in 6 months . Not sure if it's strong enough but does not seem To work. I am changing to an online pharmacy.

Be CAREFUL especially if you pay out of pocket! i recieved this vial (2ml) compounded semiglutide fir $250 noticed immediately it was off and WAAAY less than the previous ones. i was told to WAIT UNtil the end of dose to see if i was short n offered a partial refund or discount- when i did as told they REFUSED to honor either refund or discount gave excuse after excuse even AFTER my doctor herself called.
