Chip and the service team at Subaru Of Bend are the best! When my 2021 Crosstrek had engine failure from a bad tank of gas, they quickly solved the problem and also determined a part that was about to fail, which they replaced under warranty! This was during a busy time when I was caring for my newborn grandson. To receive such great service in this day and age is refreshing and appreciated! Thank you, Subaru Of Bend!!
Thorough Friendly Speedy Efficient
I had an appointment at 1 pm to pair a new key and fob to my 2015 Subaru. I was a bit early as I was warned it could take 2-3 hours. Noah Drake was my service advisor, very friendly and very pleasant. He took care if the work to be done and presented me with a clean car and paired fobs within 45 minutes of my arrival. I am very pleased with the service he delivered to me.
I appreciate the detailed invoice and that Jacob kept me informed during the service. Also, thanks for the ride home.

Nick was absolutely fabulous from start to finish and I am someone who is LOADED with questions and somewhat conflicting desires. He was patient, fun and thorough and I left, after coming back the next day, with the car that I’m absolutely loving and wasn’t sure at first that I wanted! John in finance was also a perfect delight and comparing warranties and the rest of the paperwork was quick and easy. Absolute 10 stars for my whole experience!
