A very good experience —I visited the Bend dealership about a month ago and talked to Mitch Gordon in sales about what I was potentially looking for, as well as asking about different models and their features. Having decided on the Outback, he informed me of used models coming into the dealership with the criteria we were seeking in a used car. Within a month we had the car we were looking for. The transaction went smoothly, with costs and extended warranty options presented very straightforwardly.
Second scheduled dealership service on my new 2025 Forester. Everything from making the appointment to friendly check-in and check-out was easy and done within the promised time. I appreciate the way Bend Subaru treats my car, and me as a customer. They are thorough and provide details on the inspection findings. For all of these reasons, I will continue to take my car only to Bend Subaru for service. Thanks!
