Excellent friendly service and in a timely manner. I was first in line and the service was suooosed to take an hour but was done in 39 minutes. They even did extra and checked my brakes as I had a noise coming in but it was gone when I left.
Stopped in without an appointment for an oil change, wiper replacement, tire rotation , and check on tire pressure alert. As always, I was greeted with a smile & a “let’s take care of that for you!”. I waited about an hour & a half while the work was done. The cold temps outside were responsible for the tire alert. Everything else checked out just fine. No car wash today - way too cold! Very happy! Thanks!

I was impressed with the way the one man who was doing all the work of getting people checked in and out of the service line. He certainly could have used another person there. He was calm and pleasant while doing all this. He explained the work done on my car while checking out very clearly.
I was seen in a reasonable amount of time and treated wonderfully.
We purchased the 2026 Subaru Outback TouringXT. Have been waiting for this all new redesign and couldn’t be happier overall with this vehicle. Love it!! Traded in our 2016 Subaru Outback 3.6L and loved that car as well. Sam was our sales guy along with Mgr. Peter and we were extremely pleased working with both of them. This dealership has been impressive for my maintenance needs over the last 10 years and I will continue to be a loyal customer!

Brandon was so helpful and real. He didn’t bat an eye when I said I hadn’t been to a Subaru dealership service center in years bc of the mansplaining and lack of respect from male employees, at several dealerships, in more than one state. He immediately understood the assignment lol and listened. I got everything I wanted addressed done. Oil change and tire rotation cost was a better price than doing them elsewhere.
