Drove in for express service and was greeted by by Jacob. My service advisor. We did a 120,000 mile service for my car, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about my needs to have this done . I was very impressed with the estimate and the time it took to do the service. I chose to wait at the dealership while they did the work , the waiting are was nice and had free coffee and snacks. Chip thoroughly explained what they would do, sent a text later with pics showing what they had done & status of other check list items & contacted me promptly (earlier than expected) when car was ready to pick up. Only "drawback"- car wash unable to accommodate cars with roof boxes(big deal!?)
Noah was of the utmost professional & kept me informed of the progress on my car repair. I appreciate the extra time & effort it took to diagnose my vehicle & the repair was completed in a reasonable timeline (but need more loaners!) The added bonus was a clean car & warranty covered the repairs 100%.
