Everything was completed in estimated time, and a detailed explanation with photos at the end was attached to my receipt. Oh, and they washed my car! I have been a Subaru Outback owner for over 30 years. I have taken all of my Outbacks to Subaru Bend. I am very pleased with the services provided.
Showed up for my appointment & was prioritized accordingly and they were able to get me in and out!
Prompt and courteous service
Got my car in the same day. All people listened to me. One small thing they called me too soon. A different car was finished. I was then given 45 minutes to wait. No big deal. Everything was explained well. The remodel of the building is outstanding!!!

Noah and Ashley were really great! The bill was too expensive but according to Noah he was able to go a different direction and got them to pay since it was the mechanics issue. Both Noah and Ashley are excellent people! So empathetic, genuine and authentic! They do such a good job of meeting the customers where they are at and attend to our needs and concerns! Wonderful people! I am so glad to have met them and had them in my life!!
