Good service, but kind of expensive
They did everything I asked them to and a few more things I was glad they did.
The repair work on my car appears to have been done well, and I appreciate the technicians who completed it. Unfortunately, my experience with my service manager, Mario, was disappointing. This was an expensive repair, so I called a few times with questions to better understand what was being done. Each time, Mario's tone came across as cold and impatient, and I felt like I was inconveniencing him by asking reasonable questions about the repair. Best car-buying experience we've ever had!
I can’t say enough about how great the people are at this Thomas Subaru dealership in Bend Oregon!! I have been dealing with my moms declining health issues! And because of that I had to take my new Subaru back! I just couldn’t afford it anymore! So now I’m in a little older car and I’m financially stable again!! We had a very limited window of time to find the vehicle we wanted. Ian was able to quickly assist, found what we wanted, had it delivered and set it all in motion so we could meet with finance. And we were out the door in less than 3ish hours. Everyone we encountered was great!
Wonderful service as usual. Russell was a great service rep. Explained everything and responded to my texts and personally took me out to my car.
