I looked for a long time for a fairly recent but used Subaru Crosstrek with reasonably low miles. I also want silver exterior or very light blue/gray and manual transmission. Subaru of Bend had that car posted on FB Marketplace. I have been driving Subarus since 1982 and manual transmissions forever! The only problems: the secondary key was not available. It was an emergency situation, the service department was still open and they took me right in and realizing my vehicle wasn’t operational, offered me a rental and stated they would diagnose the issue on Monday morning. I received the information and they immediately went to work on the problem.

We couldn’t be any happier with our new Subaru! Sam G was so great, very professional and knowledgeable. So were Fraser and his associates in the finance department. We bought a new Subaru in 2009 and we would still be happily driving it if a deer hadn’t had a different idea. We plan on driving our new Subaru for as long or longer! Thank you everyone.

Check in person was helpful. Wait was accurate. Although my free car wash did not happen! Didn’t mention it as I had been there for 1.5 hours.
