Service was very thorough and I was taken care of immediately with no waiting. Russ, the tech that helped me, was very friendly and seemed to care about doing a great job. Love their complimentary tire rotation for sure!

Service writer Russell answered all my questions about future services. He quickly notified me explaining front and rear differential fluid had turned dark a should be changed “soon”. No pressure to do it today, when I asked if it could be done this morning he replied yes it was still on the rack. Russell was very knowledgeable about the Subaru brand. Thanks Russ.

Everyone was so kind and helpful - especizz as Lily the young man who came to tow the car.

I Left car night before and requested unneeded service, Subaru called in morning and discussed. Unneeded service was deleted and proper service was performed on time. All was courteous and efficient.
