Chip thoroughly explained what they would do, sent a text later with pics showing what they had done & status of other check list items & contacted me promptly (earlier than expected) when car was ready to pick up. Only "drawback"- car wash unable to accommodate cars with roof boxes(big deal!?)
Noah was of the utmost professional & kept me informed of the progress on my car repair. I appreciate the extra time & effort it took to diagnose my vehicle & the repair was completed in a reasonable timeline (but need more loaners!) The added bonus was a clean car & warranty covered the repairs 100%. Subaru of Bend exudes a professional environment without being pretentious and has focus on customer service & conveying detailed information on service being provided or inquiries regarding new vehicles.
Jacob took good care of me. My oil change was done in one hour as promised Very satisfied!
We were actually not looking forward to buying a car at a Dealership. We were unable to find what we were looking for anywhere else. We went to Subaru of Bend and were treated very well!! Troy did a great job of showing us cars without being pushy. We negotiated once and got a fair deal. We love our new vehicle! Thanks Troy and Subaru of Bend for a very nice experience!

Honest friendly service
As promised I bought a new car from Subaru of Bend. It was a pleasurable experience all the way around. Dustin Piggot, the best service manager I’ve ever seen in a dealership put me on to the sales manager, Peter, who wrote up the papers and had Ian and Greg help me out. That went smoothly because they were honest and straight forward. Tara was also extremely helpful by providing me a loaner after my Ascent was totaled in an accident. They are all superstars in my books! Try them out and you will be glad you did!
