I Left car night before and requested unneeded service, Subaru called in morning and discussed. Unneeded service was deleted and proper service was performed on time. All was courteous and efficient.

Salesman Nick was great first visit and next associate when we purchased as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Our only complaint was too much time in finance (we paid cash) particularly offering various extended warranty plans for $$$ when we understand Subaru comes with excellent warranty. Then as we were leaving yet again another annual upgrade plan was offered. At that point we were overwhelmed. Other than that our experience was very good.

Nick was a great salesman and the financial guy (think John) was easy to work with also. Felt like treated like a human being by both of them. Attentive, kind, knowledgeable, etc. likely this year will buy a 7-8 passenger suv, would consider doing it there if only there was a hybrid Subaru that met our needs!

Jake was very helpful and courteous. The service went fast and I even got a replacement for a missing piece of my right mirror! I was ou in a little over 30 minutes.
Everything was excellent
Got there late in the morning, but with a cancellation, my car went in right away!! They were quick and professional.
