The staff is always caring and helpful in my experiences with them. My mother is in memory care and can be trying at times, but they are always patient and understanding. They are also timely in reporting any incidences and keep me up to date on any issues.

My ninety-five-year-old mother currently lives at Sun City Senior Living and my wife and I, as well as my mother herself, could not be happier that this was our choice for an assisted living facility for my mom. Inconsistent is the best way to describe. Some Aides are consistent with checks and care, however there are nights when no one checks or changes my Mom for 8+ hours. Cleanliness... Very good about empting small garbage cans. Not sure if they ever actually dust off surfaces. I Clean her room every 10 days myself. I launder her clothes. They launder her bedding and towels. I need to bring them home at least 2 x per month for thorough cleaning. Overall cleanliness is fair of hallways and floors. They simply do not employ enough... read more

My mom has been a resident for about 1 1/2 years. Overall, the experience has been very good. Her room is close to the dining area so she can easily get herself to her meals. The facility is a good size, not to small that it does not have amenities, and not to large that it is difficult to navigate. My mom moved in [date removed]. She was nervous and scared. I was too. The moment I met [name removed] I knew we had found our place. I could feel that she cared. The folks I met on my tour felt the same. Is this place fancy? No. Is it brand new with all the new stuff? No. Is it amazing food? I am so glad I was able to get my mom in here. The level of care is fantastic!! The staff is great, the buildings are very clean, a lot of activities and delicious food. They really care and take very good care of my mother, would highly recommend!

Very impressive, the staff was friendly and professional. The residents all seemed relaxed and happy. The building has an open floor plan with a lot of natural light and plenty of space outside to enjoy a pretty day. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms well designed for senior care. This was my first place to visit, but I believe I could live there and be well cared for. My visit was a walk in and they were well prepared and gracious.
