From the 12st call my sister made to assist me in finding a memory care facility for my husband, the folks were compassionate, helpful and accommodating. We actually had to admit him on a very short notice and everyone made very seamless.

Location was key 10 minutes from family. In-house medical staff, pharmacy and therapy room are a game changer. Staff found a configuration perfect for my brother's disability. Staff took care of hooking up tv and internet. Price is higher than what we had in Houston, but we are getting our money's worth. Staff is friendly, experienced, and took care of everything for us.

Staff is very professional and has care down to an organized science. This does not seem to take away from TLC. Our resident has been improving ever since she moved in and is very happy. We are very grateful to the whole staff for providing a safe, clean, caring, happy place for our aging loved ones.

I can’t say enough positive things about this memory care facility! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and well maintained everything is. The care staff is truely outstanding - compassionate, patient, and always attentive to the needs of residents. Ask a lot of questions and see if they follow through. I was told some things that never happened and no one knew why I was told that. I think there could be a lot more communication with family than there is. Just interested in collecting the money. I would recommend them, only to a degree.

My mom had spent seven years in [community removed], and I shelled out approximately $[removed]. They did a terrible job of caring for my mom. It wasn’t until I moved my mom to Sun City Sr Living that I realized my mom was finally in a place where they cared about her. She was in Memory Care. They fixed her hair everyday in cute braids, took pictures of her on outings and texted me, dressed her up in cute clothes and charged half as much. [name removed] is extremely caring. We are really happy with Sun City Senior Living. The managers and staff are very friendly and helpful. Dad is 92 and needs extra help with dressing and showering, etc. They go out of their way to assist him and answer our questions. The meals are excellent! He said the food is so good, much better than the rehab facility he was at after surgery. I recommend the facility for anyone that needs a “place for Mom…or Dad”!

This is one of the more affordable but clean places around. The staff is caring. Any concerns are addressed right away. Out of all the places I visited, this was the only place to point me in the right direction for financial assistance
